A Good Travel Buddy Camera
It is nice to a have a great travel buddy camera to lean on while travelling. Having a perfect instagramable photos would always be a nice thing to have after a day of non stop adventure. Having a bulky DSLR camera would always be a bum while travelling or hanging out on the beach. Camera on phones is also nice but it's doesn't leap to the hype. It's just, I want something that's different and makes it an unforgettable experience. The Sony Alpha A5000 is a great combination of the two, having the DSLR camera within the compatibility of a smart phone.
As a student taking a BS Architecture course, we travel a lot taking pictures of landscapes, portraits and building. The Sony A5000 is a great addition to my gear. It has the features of a mid-entry level DSLR with a price of an entry level camera.
